Please include the child's first name as it should appear in the book, whether this is a new order or an existing one, and any deadline (shower, birthday, or holiday). Typical replies are by email. Printing and dispatch is about 5 working days after the form is complete; plan 2-3 weeks for creation, print, and delivery.

What to send

If you are an agent helping a customer, collect: baby name, grandparents' names, countries of origin / where the family settled, photo files the family is willing to print, shipping name and address, and the dedication message. Then point them to the homepage to submit the form and pay. There is no public ordering API besides the website form.
